28 January 2023

Starts: 11:00

Saturday 28 January  11.00        Bogton

Seeking Volunteers for our Hedge Trimming Day on Saturday 28th January!

To meet our lease obligations we need as much help as possible starting from 11am.  Any time you could offer would be much appreciated.

Jobs to do:

  • Clearing hedges away from the security fences
  • Taking the hedge back from the roadside verge and reducing height at Bogton Road.
  • Hauling away brash and stacking at the back of TTF ready for Imbolc fires.

Tools and Skills to bring:

  • Petrol / cordless chainsaws and hedgetrimmers (for safety experience and chainsaw certificates really useful)
  • Loppers, pruning saws, secateurs
  • Work gloves
  • Bakes and treats to stoke the fires
  • Willing arms and hands to haul away the brash and make light work
  • Sense of humour and smiles to lighten the heart
